Informe sobre la Consulta Pública sobre la Estrategia 2020

El 15 de enero de este año terminó la Consulta Pública que la Comisión Europea realizó para recabar opiniones y sugerencias para la Estrategia Europea para 2020.

A principios de este mes publicó un primer documento sobre información de las propuestas recabadas.

Habría más de 1500 participantes entre Estados Miembros, Instituciones Europeas, Grupos de Interés y Ciudadanos.

En general, los Estados Miembros respaldan algunas prioridades de la nueva estrategia: crecimiento basado en el conocimiento, sociedades basadas en la integración y una economía más competitiva y respetuosa con el medio ambiente.

Las autoridades regionales y locales reclaman una implicación mayor en la Estrategia.

Las instituciones europeas participantes han elaborado dictámenes en relación con la estrategia.

Algunos grupos del Parlamento Europeo han hecho también sus aportaciones.

Grupos de Interés han defendido sus respectivos intereses a la hora de elaborar la estrategia.

Casi 500 ciudadanos participaron en la consulta, de los cuales la mayoría son ciudadanos españoles, y uno de ellos el autor de este blog, aunque también se han recogido propuestas de ciudadanos de Polonia, Alemania, Francia y el Reino Unido.

Terceros países e instituciones internacionales también han hecho sus aportaciones.

Estas son las propuestas que he presentado:

“¿Cómo lograr una economía competitiva, conectada y respetuosa con el medio ambiente?

Estimulando las 3 R: Repensar, Reutilizar y Reciclar, así como invertir en fuentes de energías limpias y renovables.

¿Cómo potenciar el papel del ciudadano y evitar la exclusión social en tiempos de crisis?

Acercando más los eurodiputados a los ciudadanos, celebrando asambleas de ciudadanos con ellos, donde los ciudadanos puedan debatir abiertamente con sus representantes. Además de abrir más cauces de democracia participativa en las instituciones europeas.

Creando una renta básica que impida a los ciudadanos vivir en situaciones de extrema pobreza.

¿Cómo fomentar la innovación y la creatividad? ¿Cómo mejorar la educación en Europa?

Invirtiendo en Investigación y Desarrollo.

Potenciando más la movilidad estudiantil, así como ayudar a que en la gente se forme un pensamiento crítico.”

FIRST INFORMATION ABOUT THE PUBLIC CONSULTATION IN RELATION TO THE EUROPEAN STRATEGY FOR 2020

The 15 of January of this year finished the Public Consultation that the European Commission made to successfully obtain opinions and suggestions for the European Strategy for 2020.
At the beginning of this month it published a first document on information of the successfully obtained proposals.

It would have more than 1500 participants between States Members, European Institutions, Groups of Interest and Citizens.

In general, the States Members they endorse some priorities of the new strategy: growth based on the knowledge, societies based on integration and one more a more competitive and respectful economy with environment.

The regional and local authorities demand a greater implication in the Strategy.

The participant European institutions have elaborated opinions in relation to the strategy.

Some groups of the European Parliament have also made their contributions.

Groups of Interest have defended their respective interests at the time of elaborating the strategy.

Almost 500 citizens participated in the consultation, of which the majority is citizen Spaniards, and the one of them author of this blog, although also proposals of citizens of Poland, Germany have taken shelter, France and the United Kingdom.
Third countries and international institutions also have made their contributions.

These are the proposals that I have presented:

“ How to obtain a competitive, connected and respectful economy with environment?

How to harness the paper of the citizen and to avoid the social exclusion in the days of crisis?

Cuando estaba leyendo tu post, estaba pensando: "pues yo no conozco a ninguno de esos 500 ciudadanos". Pero mira por dónde me encuentro que sí, que conozco a uno de ellos.
La pregunta es ( no tiene nada de malicia y no la contestes, si quieres): ¿cómo te ha llegado esa convocatoria?
